Responsibilities

• Call independent retailers (e.g. toy stores, hobby shops, and bookstores) every week to ensure they have the right assortment in stock.
• Advise them on which products they need to order to meet their business needs so they can maximize all sales opportunities.
• Develop a trusting relationship with your customers.
• Perform inventory checks and ensure they order new stock that has been sold.
• Inform them about new product ranges and identify opportunities to close sales.
• Look for more ways to increase the number of customers engaged in our retailer program and ensure a long-term beneficial trading relationship.

*Complete training and coaching will be provided to ensure your success in the team.

We are looking for you who

• Language skills: For this position, you must speak English and Swedish, Norwegian or Danish, as well as ONE of the following languages at a good level: German, Dutch, Czech, Polish, Italian, French, or Greek.
• Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and colleagues.
• Excellent customer service and time management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and good organizational skills.
• Ability to influence existing customers and increase sales.
• You must have completed a form of higher education, such as: a higher technical degree, a university degree, a master's degree, or equivalent.

We offer you

• Location: This is a full-time office job, so you will need to work from our office in central Barcelona.
• Working hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 (depending on your area)
• Salary: €32,000
